EO 110 In accordance with Article III, Section 23 of the Alaska Constitution, action was not taken on the following Executive Order and it was returned to the Office of the Governor at 10:40 a.m., May 5, 2003: Transferring the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board and its functions from the Department of Revenue to the Department of Public Safety. EO 111 In accordance with Article III, Section 23 of the Alaska Constitution, action was not taken on the following Executive Order and it was returned to the Office of the Governor at 10:40 a.m., May 5, 2003: Transferring from the Regulatory Commission of Alaska to the Attorney General certain public advocacy responsibilities and functions.
